Youth Development Learning Institute

The Youth Development Learning Institute was established to help adults acquire the skills they need to help young people succeed.  We offer both online and onsite courses in youth coaching skills, life skills assessment and coaching, youth development, and other skill sets needed by anyone who works with young people.  Our primary focus is from preteen through young adult development.

• Substantially improve the skills of those who work with youth in a variety of capacities.

• Help our trainees increase the percentage of youth who graduate from high school.

• Help our trainees improve the life skills of the youth they serve.

• Improve the practices of youth serving programs, through strategic evaluation and consultation.
